VIDEO: How To: NFL Linebacker Stance and Start Drill

When it comes to playing linebacker, every one immediately think of Ray Lewis and or Big hits, huge tackles and leader of the defense. But they do not realize that all this is made possible through being proficient at the basic techniques of a linebacker. Because when all else fails, you must always rely upon the basics. 

In this video, I break down the Stance and Start down to the bare minimum so you all can understand the importance of a good stance and start. You can't have a good start without a good stance and vice versa. I know you have heard that cliche saying, It's not how you start, but how you finish," but why not be great at the start too?
