Depending on how you interact with Sports Takeoff, we may collect the following categories of personal data.

ORDER FULFILMENT AND DELIVERY

We share the personal data needed to fulfil and deliver orders with applicable suppliers, warehouses, print-on-demand providers and delivery carriers.

Depending on the product and destination, these providers may include:

  • Printful and other print-on-demand providers.

  • Product suppliers and fulfilment partners.

  • DPD.

  • InPost.

  • FedEx.

  • Other postal, courier and freight providers.

These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to manufacture, fulfil, track or deliver the order, manage a return or investigate a delivery problem.

SHOPIFY

Our online store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform, checkout, customer-account, payment, security, analytics and related services used to operate the store.

Shopify may process personal data in countries outside Poland or the European Economic Area. Shopify uses legal safeguards for international transfers as described in its privacy documentation.

PAYMENT PROVIDERS

When you make a payment, your personal data is shared with the payment provider selected at checkout.

Payment providers process information under their own privacy terms and use security standards applicable to payment-card transactions.

Sports Takeoff may receive confirmation that payment was authorized or refused, but generally does not receive your complete payment-card information.

WHATSAPP

If you contact Sports Takeoff through WhatsApp, your telephone number, profile information, message content and communication metadata may be processed by WhatsApp and Meta according to their terms and privacy policies.

Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, government identification documents or other unnecessary sensitive information through WhatsApp.

ANALYTICS AND ADVERTISING

Where enabled, and subject to any legally required consent, we may use services provided by companies such as Google and Meta to:

Sports Takeoff does not sell personal data in exchange for money.

Depending on applicable United States state law, certain uses of analytics or advertising technologies may be considered “selling,” “sharing” or targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged.

Where required, residents may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of eligible personal data and may opt out of qualifying targeted advertising or data sharing.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The store is not directed toward children under 16, and children should not submit personal data or place an order without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Products may be purchased by adults for youth athletes. In those situations, we ask customers to provide only the information necessary to complete the order.
