HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to. If your order has already been placed, please email us immediatly at sportstakeoff@gmail.com

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS & PAYMENT?

After placing an order you will receive an email with tracking number once it has been shipped. For orders via registered postage, a tracking number (article tracking number) will be immediately trackable on POCZTA POLSKA. Once the products leave poland, items can be tracked on your shipping countries postal website. 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDERS BEFORE I MAKE A PAYMENT?

After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order. Note: We cannot give refunds once items are shipped until they have been returned. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?

Members who ship their orders within Poland should expect to receive their orders within two (2) to three (3) working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received.

Members who ship their orders outside of Poland but within the European Union should expect to receive their orders within five (5) to seven (7) working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received.

If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ORDERS?

All your orders are sent via POCZTA POLSKA. Courier orders will be available soon. 

AM I REQUIRED TO PAY IMPORT TAX?

Import Tax may be charged by the shipping company depending on where you are from. We ship from Europe, so there are no import fees throughout Europe. However your country may require import fees. Be sure to understand your countries Import rules and limits. Customers are responsible for import fees

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS USING PAYPAL? HOW DOES IT WORK?

Paypal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the Paypal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful Paypal payment, a payment advice will be automatically generated to Samplestore.com system for your order.

At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit cards, Bank Transfers and Paypal payments.

CAN I PAY USING PAYPAL WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?

Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.

Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal.

By using Paypal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. Paypal is the easiest & most secure way to make payment online. No account needed.

WHY MUST I MAKE PAYMENT IMMEDIATELY AT CHECKOUT?

Orders are on a ‘first-come-first-served’ basis. To ensure that you get your desired samples, it is recommended that you make your payment within 60 minutes of checking out. Orders that are being paid by bank transfer should send payment confirmation within 1 hour of checking out or you order will be cancelled. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE'S BEEN A DELIVERY MISHAP TO MY ORDER? (DAMAGED OR LOST DELIVERY)

We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any products that falls under the below categories should not be used before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected product and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us at sportstakeoff@gmail.com if you are looking to receive a refund. 

In the event that you missed the package when it was being delivered and it is returned to us. We will in most situations re-ship you the package for free or offer you a refund for the product minus the cost of shipping. 

In the event mail not being received in over 28 business days or the shipping company give us a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we'll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability. If we are out of your product we will send a full refund or give you the options to choose another items

ARE ALL PRODUCTS NEW AND UNUSED?

All products are new and unused unless otherwise listed as used. Cleats and other footwear comes without the box as we do not ship the boxes from the US as it cuts down on shipping allowing us to pass those savings on to you. We assure you all products are new and originals although they may not come with the original packaging. We sometimes buy unused products from NFL and NCAA teams, in those cases sometimes products may have small markings on them (such as player numbers). Also all products are originals. 

 

We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories.

1. In the event that damage to the product has occurred while using the products for games or trainings. Refunds will only be offered to unused and originally tagged products.  

REFUND AND EXCHANGES

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your item you may return it within 14 days of receiving the package at your own cost. Any fees that occur from those sending it from outside of the European Union will be covered at the senders expense. Items must be in the original packaging, undamaged and unused with all the proper tags still attached. 

Please Note: All items are checked for damage before shipping. 

Helmet/Face Masks/ShoulderPads Refunds

Majority of shoulder pads and helmets are NOT eligible for a refund unless the products are different than ordered or are damaged. All helmets and shoulder pads are custom ordered, meaning we do not carry them in our warehouse. We order them directly from the dealer once you place an order. Custom orders are not eligible for a refund so please be sure you are ordering the correct size and colors for Riddell, Xenith and other equipment brands. 

 

Guidelines for Restocking Fees

In some circumstances you can be charged a restocking fee when returning an item. A restocking fee is a percentage of the item's price, depending on the type of item and its condition upon return. (Item price does not include shipping costs.)

The buyer changes their mind* about a purchase and returns an item in the original condition within the return window. Yes. Up to 20% of item's price.
The buyer returns an item in the original condition more than 15 days past the return window. The 15 days allow for return transportation from the buyer to the seller. Yes. Up to 20% of item's price.
The buyer refuses delivery due to visible damage incurred during shipping or caused by the carrier. No. We will handle the return shipping.
The buyer receives damaged or defective item. No. 
The buyer changes their mind* about a purchase and returns a non-media item within the return window, but the seller receives the item damaged or materially different than how it was originally shipped to the buyer. Yes. Up to 50% of item's price.
The buyer returns a book within the return window with obvious signs of use. Yes. Up to 50% of item's price.
The buyer returns a CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video games, cassette tape, or vinyl record within the return window that has been opened (taken out of the plastic wrap). Yes. Up to 50% of item's price.
The buyer returns an item they received materially different from what they ordered. No.
